Black Masterbatch
Engineered for high jetness, UV resistance, and smooth extrusion without die buildup.
Formulated with high-structure carbon black pigments dispersed in virgin PE or PP carriers. Widely used for blown films (agricultural mulch, garbage bags, shopping bags), injection molding, corrugated pipes, and recycled plastic masking.
- Pigment Loading: 20% to 50% Carbon Black content options
- Carrier Resins: Virgin LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, or PP base
- Recommended LDR: 1.0% to 4.0% depending on film thickness and opacity

White Masterbatch
Premium rutile titanium dioxide for high opacity, brightness, and thermal stability.
Manufactured with premium rutile TiO2 and specialized dispersing waxes to provide maximum hiding power and whiteness at low dosage. Ideal for milk pouches, courier bags, injection containers, and extrusion sheets.
